fluffDESIGN Inc. is an individual web design studio based in Ottawa in Ontario, Canada. We’re focused on the design and production of easy–to–use, attractive and standards compliant websites.

…So if a fluffDESIGN quotation does not allow for a minor change you wish made but it can be made in an insignificant time, it will be complimentary. If it takes a while, it will be chargeable, but at a reasonable rate.
